Typically suggested to our clients when their industry is highly dynamic and therefore the project requirements are open-ended and iterative in nature. The onsite delivery model would involve our project manager onsite to capture application project requirements, assess technology needs, evolve functional specifications and subsequently design, code, test and maintain/support the application. The size of the onsite team for such a project could be determined according to the needs of the project while Gantec provides its technology and domain experts for a smooth realization of project goal

Offsite Delivery

Gantec’s offsite delivery model is suggested for clients who are clearer about what is needed out of a project. Gantec engages with the client and keeps in continuous contact with them to manage the outsourcing requirements from offsite. The client retains the vantage point for overseeing the project progress through well set up reporting structures/escalation mechanisms and communication links including, online messaging, e-mails, VoIP telephones, web conferencing along with face to face updates on a regular basis. The offsite projects can be executed with the flexibility of being Near-shore or Offshore projects to exploit the exchange rates and lower employment costs in the NAFTA zone.

Hybrid Delivery

The Hybrid delivery model is a combination of the onsite and offshore delivery for achieving high reduction in costs. In this model Gantec carries out the planning stages of a project onsite. The succeeding steps of the PLC are carried out at the Offshore Development Center located at Chennai, India. Gantec’s Hybrid delivery model gives the client near-24 hour work cycles, ready resources with a range of skill sets and the advantage of lower costs as associated with the Offsite delivery model.
